Refunds

There are no refunds; however, once we've received and inspected your return, if accepted, we will happily provide you with an exchange.

Audrey’s offers a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to bring the item you have to our store at 132 John St North, Arnprior, ON, K7S 2N6 to exchange in-store.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchange Process

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@audreysfashions.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer is responsible for the exchange expenses. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damaged Products

Mistakes can happen, and we want to ensure each of our customers receives what he or she has ordered. With that, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can correct the issue and make it right!
