Shipping policy
Local pickup is always available (and free) for online orders at our location at 132 John St. N which is in the historic downtown of Arnprior. The order will be ready within 24 hours (Monday-Saturday) and usually within the same day if ordered earlier in the day.
Canada - Shipping for online orders is available within Canada only. When an order is successfully confirmed online, we will make every effort to ship the item(s) to you in a timely manner using Canada Post's standard mail service which is 5-9 days. Shipping is free on orders $200 or more (pre-tax). For orders under $200 (pre-tax) there is a nominal fee to help us cover the shipping costs, it is $5 for orders $100-$199 (pre-tax) and $10 for orders under $100 (pre-tax).
Outside Canada - If you live outside Canada and are interested in our products, please contact us to arrange shipping.
